- Siapkan 1 Pack , Kulit Pangsit (beli jadi).
- Siapkan , Bahan Filling (Sesuai selera).
- Siapkan 250 gr , udang cincang.

- Setelah dirasa cukup, masukkan air hingga 3/4 gyoza terendam air, lalu tutup wajan, biarkan hingga air habis (Air jangan terlalu banyak, karena pada saat ditutup uap akan mematangkan bagian atas gyoza sehingga bawah nya crispy dan atas nya lembut).
- Jadi deh! Gyoza siap disajikan dengan soy sauce! simple kannn, rasa di jamin gak kalah sama yg di resto2 ;-).
